Project Description

I am responsible for end-to-end creation of the Windstar Cruises email Marketing campaigns using the latest trends in design and email development best practices and managed all email deployments within email service provider from upload through deployment. I customized e-mail graphics in my own coded HTML templates for usage in such as newsletters, promotional ad-hocs, advertisements, etc.

Below you will see examples of  A/B test hypotheses such as content, design/layout, and image placement that helped to increase customer engagement and retention while decreasing unsubscribes since I have started this position. Each B Test that was created achieved more click thru rates and was then carefully tailored moving forward to be applied to more marketing campaigns.
